What shipping options do you offer?

Shipping is available within Australia via AusPost. Regular and Express shipping are available, however estimated delivery times will depend on the current workload of AusPost.

International shipping is not available at this time.

When are orders processed?

For digital products & resources, you’ll receive a link to your downloadable product immediately after purchase. An order confirmation email will be sent shortly after, and also includes a link to your purchase.

All orders for physical products are processed within 48 hours of ordering (excluding Sundays & Public Holidays in Victoria, Australia). You’ll receive an email with tracking information via AusPost, and a confirmation email notifying you that your products have shipped.

What kind of packaging do you use for physical products?

Karinda Wholistix values earth-conscious, sustainable & low-impact packaging (and everything!). And these values will be upheld wherever & however possible.

Most often, a re-used postal satchel or small box will be used. Even when they’re recyclable or compostable materials, we try not to buy brand-new packaging materials.

To protect your goods, there may be ‘puffs’ (made from rice), honeycomb cardboard stuffing, bubble wrap or paper. These are always re-used, and re-usable!

The Cycle Teas are packaged in recyclable paper bags.

The packaging of our UltraNaturals soaps are consumer compostable. Unfortunately, our lip balm casing isn’t eco-friendly, but we’re working on it!

What’s your return policy?

We accept returns & offer refunds for any product where there is a defect or if a serious allergic reaction has occurred. This applies to our teas, lip balms & soaps.

All digital download sales are final, so please choose carefully. There are no refunds available for digital products.
